• Three latest passport size photographs.
• Date of Birth Certificate in Original
• hotocopy of Residence Proof
• School Leaving Certificate in Original of the last school (Outstation TC to be counter signed by the concerned Education Board)
• Attested photocopy of the Report card of the previous school/Mark sheet
